Warehouse Operator I (Stand-Up Forklift)

About the role

TTI Floor Care has openings for an Operator I (listed as Operator II, 2nd shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday) at its Greer/Wellford, SC location, supporting a large-scale distribution facility. The role covers inbound, outbound and processing tasks, including the operation of stand-up forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. All employees must meet the full Operator requirements and perform duties across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound: unload containers, palletize freight, run pickles robots, sort pallets, operate equipment such as Pacer, clamp, motorized pallet jack and reach trucks, put away freight, and verify inventory manually.
• Outbound: build and run pallets, load trailers manually and with powered equipment, move freight with pallet jacks, stack and restack, and prepare freight for shipment with stretch film.
• Processing: order fulfillment using powered equipment, full pallet picking and replenishment, autostore picking and packing, putwall induction and packing, and manual handling of freight, tools and supplies.
• Operate lift equipment following safety guidelines, follow inbound SOPs, keep the workplace clean and safe, and comply with company policies.

Required profile

• No final warnings and less than 6 attendance points.
• Efficiency and quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
• Currently in the same role for more than 6 months.
• Physical dexterity, ability to stand and walk for long periods, frequent bending, lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures.
• Cooperative attitude, availability for long hours and weekends, and ability to use simple math and a weight scale.
