Operations Manager – National Accounts

About the role

The National Accounts Operations Manager leads a team that resolves facility maintenance issues for key national clients, ensuring prompt, cost‑effective service delivery across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an operations team to meet service‑level KPIs and client objectives for 5‑7 national accounts generating $1M‑$15M in revenue.
• Oversee work order assignment, escalation handling, and subcontractor bid authorizations up to $100,000.
• Supervise and train up to five project managers or facility coordinators, conducting regular meetings and team‑building activities.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in commercial facilities or property management, or 7‑9 years without a degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Six Sigma preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong data entry, scheduling, and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of commercial construction and general trades.
