Facility Coordinator – Sun to Wed Shifts

About the role

Join Pleasant Valley Corporation, a leading family‑owned commercial real‑estate firm, as a Facility Coordinator. You will be the primary point of contact for nationwide clients, handling maintenance requests and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client maintenance requests, assess issues, and manage the work order lifecycle.
• Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain an average of 50‑70 open work orders, closing about 5 each day while documenting progress in the PVC Connect system.
• Monitor vendor performance and follow company procedures to ensure timely, quality service delivery.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of related experience and a high school diploma, GED, or college certificate.
• At least one year of experience resolving client issues in facilities management, service business, or a call‑center environment.
• Strong telephone‑based customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and data‑entry tools.
• Solid computer skills for scheduling and reporting.
