Facility Coordinator – Onsite (Medina, OH)

About the role

The Facility Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for nationwide clients, handling commercial facility maintenance requests and ensuring timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client maintenance requests, assess concerns, and manage the work order lifecycle.
• Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage 50‑70 open work orders concurrently, closing an average of five per day.
• Maintain continuous communication with vendors, document progress, and ensure customer satisfaction using PVC Connect and the Customer Portal.
• Follow company operating procedures, monitor vendor performance, and resolve outstanding service issues.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of related experience and a high school diploma, GED, or college certificate.
• At least one year resolving client issues in facilities management, service business, or a call center.
• Proven telephone‑based customer service experience.

Required skills

• Strong computer proficiency, including CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of construction and general trades (preferred).
