About the role

The Operations Attendant supports member entry, point‑of‑sale, telephone handling and cleaning duties at the Green Health and Wellness Center, delivering a welcoming experience for guests and members.

Key responsibilities

Greet members by name, clear them for club entry and register guests for programs.
Handle incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages and distribute them appropriately.
Perform point‑of‑sale transactions, manage cash drawer policies and maintain inventory of supplies.
Wash, dry, fold and distribute towels; stock paper and soap products; clean and inspect equipment.
Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments and report any facility or equipment repairs.

Required profile

Ability to multitask, work variable hours and meet deadlines.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate office equipment.
High school diploma or GED; BLS certification preferred.
Customer service, housekeeping or health‑club experience is a plus.
