About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Akron General's Green Health and Wellness Center and become part of a top healthcare system in Akron. The Operations Attendant is responsible for member entry, point‑of‑sale transactions, telephone handling and cleaning duties, ensuring a welcoming experience for all members and guests.

Key responsibilities

Greet members by name, clear them for club entry and register them for programs.
Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and adhere to cash drawer policies.
Answer incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages and distribute them appropriately.
Maintain inventory of supplies, restock paper and soap products, and report equipment repairs.
Perform cleaning assignments, wash and fold towels, and keep locker rooms tidy.

Required profile

Ability to multitask, work variable hours and meet deadlines.
Basic computer proficiency.
High School Diploma or GED; BLS certification preferred.
Customer service, housekeeping or health club experience preferred.
