One‑to‑One Registered Nurse for Adult Private Duty

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide one‑to‑one care for a 20‑year‑old adult client with C1‑C4 complete quadriplegia in the Eagleville area. The role offers flexible day, evening, or overnight shifts and focuses on delivering high‑quality, personalized care in the client’s home.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s residence on a schedule you choose and provide hands‑on nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor the client’s condition.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Empower the client to participate in their routine and support their independence.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.

Required skills

• Ability to perform patient assessments and document care accurately.
• Knowledge of private duty nursing practices and home health regulations.
