About the role

Join BAYADA's Hospital at Home (HICU) team to provide skilled nursing care for infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home in the Philadelphia area. This full‑time overnight position (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) offers a supportive, team‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the hospital ICU team, delivering high‑quality nursing care in patients' homes.
• Provide one‑on‑one care to pediatric clients, ensuring safe transition from hospital to home.
• Manage infusion therapy and monitor tracheostomy/ventilator equipment in a home setting.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of verifiable RN experience.
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home‑care tracheostomy/ventilator experience with infants/young children (minimum 1 year).
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care.

Required skills

• Infusion therapy administration.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• NICU/PICU/ICU pediatric care.
• Home‑care clinical skills.
