About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join its Hospital At Home (HICU) team, providing skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home in the Philadelphia area. The position is full‑time overnight (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) and offers a $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

Deliver one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
Act as an extension of the hospital ICU team, ensuring continuity of care.
Manage infusion therapy and monitor tracheostomy/ventilator equipment.
Document patient status and communicate updates to the care team.

Required profile

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
At least one year of verifiable LPN experience.
Minimum one year of NICU, PICU, ICU, or home‑care experience with infants/young children.

Required skills

Competence in infusion therapy.
Proficiency with tracheostomy and ventilator care.
