About the role

Join Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA as a compassionate Part‑Time Home Health Registered Dietician, providing nutrition therapy to patients in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to clients within designated geographic territories.
• Plan, organize, and deliver dietetic education to staff, clients, and caregivers.
• Assess, develop, and counsel clients and families on medical nutrition therapy for preventive care and disease management.
• Translate scientific findings into practical guidance for patients and caregivers.
• Document clinical treatment thoroughly using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate as a member of the home health care team, providing nutritional expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition from an accredited institution.
• Current registration with the American Dietetic Association and a PA state dietitian license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Registered Dietician in a health‑care setting.
• Home health care experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Solid computer skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
