Onboarding Manager

About the role

Redgate is looking for an Onboarding Manager to ensure new customers quickly realize value from Redgate solutions. The role blends customer success, technical guidance, and commercial insight to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional onboarding and implementation experience that drives adoption and ROI.
• Own and co‑manage onboarding plans, tracking progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to remove blockers and ensure best‑practice implementations.
• Lead customer meetings, both virtual and face‑to‑face, acting as a trusted ambassador for Redgate.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
• Experienced in a similar role such as Onboarding Manager, Customer Success Manager or Account Manager, preferably in software.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder influence and consensus‑driving abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a project‑management mindset focused on time‑to‑value.
