Occupational Therapist – Home Health/Clinic

About the role

The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high‑quality OT services to children with developmental disabilities across Arizona. You will create your own schedule and choose the service area that fits your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of motor skills, sensory processing and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor, sensory integration, self‑care and play skills.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions using various modalities and adaptive equipment.
• Engage families with education and support to promote skill development at home and in the community.
• Monitor progress through ongoing evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences and collaborative care planning.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Arizona State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR/First Aid/Article 9 training.
• Professional Liability Insurance.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment‑planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Arizona OT licensure.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR/First Aid/Article 9 certification.
