Non-Technical Project/Program Management II – NPI Field Readiness Enablement

About the role

Lead day‑to‑day execution of Field Readiness Enablement for new product introductions (NPI) and technology ramps, ensuring field service organizations are fully prepared before product release milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Define readiness objectives, milestones and sign‑off criteria; initiate forecasting, resource demand, training and documentation planning at forecast notification.
• Coordinate training readiness plans, ensure materials and certification paths align with engineering releases, and track completion.
• Support capacity planning for customer engineers, maintain models and gap analyses, and partner on hiring and deployment strategies.
• Track technical competency levels, develop certification programs and readiness scorecards.
• Ensure service procedures, troubleshooting guides and knowledge‑base articles are released before ramp and conduct readiness reviews.
• Collaborate on spare parts requirements, stocking levels and monitor spares readiness.
• Run governance meetings, maintain dashboards, escalate risks and prepare status reports for leadership.
• Document execution, ensure compliance with confidentiality, data privacy and safety policies, and capture post‑install feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience planning, organizing and coordinating work across multiple stakeholder groups using defined project‑management practices.
• Ability to work in a clean‑room environment and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and work in noisy or tight spaces as required.
