Night Auditor (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Night Auditor balances revenue and settles accounts each night while performing Guest Service Agent duties. This part‑time position supports the front desk and ensures smooth daily transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Balance accounts, conduct nightly audits, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers, credit‑card transactions, and update financial information in the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in and out, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and monitor guest satisfaction scores.
• Maintain room availability records and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night‑audit or accounting experience required.
• Computer knowledge with Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD certification is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.
