About the role
Join BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program as a newly licensed Registered Nurse providing one‑on‑one home health care to adult and pediatric clients across several counties in the Charlotte metro area.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care to clients in Anson, Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Richmond, and Union counties.
- Utilize Statewise for electronic charting and documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical managers and around‑the‑clock support staff to ensure high‑quality care.
Required profile
- Current valid U.S. nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Statewise electronic charting system.
- CPR competency.
