About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital as a New Grad RN Resident on the Parkview Terrace unit, a 36‑bed complex providing medical, stroke, and epilepsy monitoring care. This night‑shift position offers a one‑year accredited Nurse Residency program with hands‑on training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, families, and visitors on the Med/Surg and Neurology/Stroke unit.
• Participate in the residency core curriculum and collaborate with a success coach to develop clinical skills.
• Document patient care accurately in medical records and respond to clinical risks promptly.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• New graduate RN or less than one year of RN experience.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid RN license.
