Mid-Market Account Executive (Atlanta)

About the role

Aikido, a developer-first security platform founded in 2022, is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive in Atlanta. The role owns larger, more complex deals across scaling tech companies and sits at the intersection of product-led growth and consultative sales, working with technical buyers and broader stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
• Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups
• Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals
• Run structured discovery and value-based demos
• Partner with marketing, product and leadership on GTM initiatives
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene

Required profile

• 4-8+ years of closing experience (commercial / mid-market)
• Proven success running multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong outbound, inbound and deal management skills
• Deep comfort selling technical SaaS; DevOps and dev tools experience is a big plus
• Self-directed, organized, highly accountable with a strong ownership mindset
• Bonus: Spanish-speaking
