Account Coordinator

About the role

Katz Media Group, part of iHeartMedia, is hiring an Account Coordinator in Atlanta. The role supports the sales teams by keeping the sales process running smoothly and efficiently, acting as the operational backbone that helps clients and listeners get the best service.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in the pre-sale and post-sale process, including proposal development, order entry, campaign tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments (traffic, production, digital, promotions) so campaigns run flawlessly across radio, digital, podcast, social and event platforms.
• Prepare sales materials such as presentations, recaps and client-facing documents using PowerPoint, Salesforce and internal systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and help compile data for client reporting and renewals.
• Manage deadlines and deliverables so client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Act as a liaison between sales, programming and operations.
• Assist with billing and reconciliation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for client service.
• Comfortable working within standardized procedures, escalating when needed and solving straightforward problems with established processes.
• Close attention to detail and follow-up until issues are resolved.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
