Merchandising Representative

About the role

The Merchandising Representative will act as the face of the Celsius brand across grocery, specialty, health‑club and convenience locations in an assigned market. This field‑based position requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, a passion for sales, and the ability to travel between stores to ensure product visibility and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including new floor displays, signage and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Visit target accounts, negotiate PDQ placement, end‑cap and cooler space with store managers.
• Maintain proper stock levels, rotate back‑stock and keep coolers, shelves and stand‑alone units merchandised according to brand guidelines.
• Capture weekly photos and submit reports on merchandising status and sales leads.
• Conduct product demos on request and support new store openings or resets.
• Communicate incremental sales opportunities to the regional manager.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation and ability to represent the brand positively.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Willingness to work Wednesday through Sunday and travel within the assigned market.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with store managers and internal teams.
