Marketplace Insights Analyst

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Marketplace Insights Analyst to join the Global Marketplace Insights team. In this collaborative role you will translate consumer and marketplace data into clear, actionable business insights that inform marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own qualitative and quantitative research workstreams, from design to analysis and activation.
• Analyze consumer, cultural, brand and marketplace trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support campaign concept testing, creative evaluation and post‑campaign learning.
• Manage Consumer Council operations and translate direct consumer input into recommendations.
• Analyze social conversation and cultural trends to develop executive‑ready summaries.
• Develop dashboards, trackers and reporting deliverables for senior leaders.
• Coordinate research timelines and external agency relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Economics, Sociology, Statistics, Analytics or related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in consumer insights, market analytics, consulting or brand strategy.
• Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and interest in consumer behavior.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled research and productivity tools.
• Experience with social listening, survey research, consumer panels and syndicated data.
