Assistant Manager, Brand Media

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Brand Media will support the Senior Manager, Global/US Brand Media in executing US media programs and ensuring alignment with global best practices. This hybrid position bridges internal creative teams, external agencies, and production vendors to deliver on‑budget, on‑time campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver campaign imagery and copy to agency partners for feedback and deployment.
• Monitor creative performance, identify trends, and inform future direction.
• Gather ad specifications across channels and markets, coordinating approvals with internal and external partners.
• Support custom program briefs, pre‑production, shoots, feedback, and approvals for non‑standard media opportunities.
• Collaborate with organic social teams to align influencer programs and identify paid boosting opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years in an advertising agency or brand management environment, with experience across digital and paid social media.
• Proven project‑management track record delivering complex projects on budget.
• Strong aesthetic judgment, copywriting ability, and awareness of cultural trends in fashion, music, and sports for adults 24‑30.
• Experience managing external media agencies, production partners, and vendor workflows.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and organizational discipline.

What we offer

• Salary range $69,400 – $101,800 per year, with visibility to candidates.
