Director, Global and US Loyalty

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Director of Global & US Loyalty to transform the RedTab program into a brand‑led growth engine. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Loyalty, you will shape the loyalty strategy, value proposition, and program design for over 50 million members worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own development and evolution of the global RedTab loyalty strategy and value proposition.
• Define program architecture, membership structure, and benefits, expanding beyond transactional rewards.
• Lead US loyalty strategy, operating plan, and performance targets, driving membership growth and engagement.
• Oversee US program operations, including enrollment, benefits, offers, rewards, and member servicing.
• Partner with Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Digital Product, Technology, Retail, and CRM teams to deliver integrated member journeys and measure program impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years experience in loyalty, membership, CRM or consumer‑growth roles.
• Proven track record designing major loyalty programs in retail or apparel.
• Strong understanding of loyalty economics, CLV, and program business cases.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and experience presenting to senior executives.

• Competitive salary range $167,300‑$245,400 per year.
