TikTok Shop & Growth Manager (US Market)

About the role

Anka Global is building a TikTok commerce engine across multiple U.S.-focused D2C brands. The TikTok Shop & Growth Manager will own TikTok growth, combining paid ads, organic content, shop operations and affiliate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage TikTok brand accounts, publishing schedules, content calendars, and community engagement.
• Set up and optimize TikTok Shop operations, product listings, promotions, and coordinate with Shopify teams.
• Run TikTok Ads campaigns, audit structures, test creatives, and analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA and GMV.
• Coordinate creator and affiliate programs, track sales, and turn high‑performing creator content into paid ads.
• Research trends, identify high‑potential products, build testing roadmaps, and provide weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing TikTok for e‑commerce or consumer brands in the U.S.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to prioritize, execute, test, learn and scale initiatives.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work remotely with an international team.
