Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will drive multi‑market expansion for Mad City Windows & Baths, translating corporate vision into measurable regional marketing momentum. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this hands‑on role focuses on data‑driven performance tracking and campaign execution across digital, traditional, and face‑to‑face channels.

Key responsibilities

• Track performance across all lead sources, building weekly and monthly reports at market, product, and source levels.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure accurate lead attribution, call scripting, and campaign timing.
• Research local marketing opportunities (print, direct mail, radio, partnerships) and evaluate event prospects.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Home Base marketing teams, ensuring timelines, assets, and targeting are aligned.
• Maintain organized records of campaign details, source codes, spend commitments, and verify marketing expenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 4–6+ years of B2C lead‑generation experience with strong analytical and project‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate concise recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in home services or in‑home direct‑to‑consumer business models is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Proficiency with ADP, Lead Perfection, and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of digital paid search, paid social, display advertising and traditional media (direct mail, print, radio).
• Experience setting up UTM parameters, call tracking numbers, and offline source codes.
