B2B Demand Generation Manager

About the role

Urrly is seeking a hands‑on B2B Demand Generation Manager to build and run demand‑generation programs for its fleet safety training business. The role focuses on turning warm customer relationships into qualified sales conversations across sectors such as ambulance fleets, fire departments, and logistics operators.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute B2B demand‑generation campaigns that generate qualified leads, meetings and pipeline.
• Partner with SDR and sales teams to ensure marketing leads are actionable and followed up effectively.
• Create buyer‑specific content including newsletters, webinars, white papers, case studies and sales‑enablement assets.
• Activate existing customers for testimonials, case studies and conference‑friendly content.
• Own conference and event strategy: select shows, manage pre‑event outreach, attend events, capture leads and conduct post‑event follow‑up.
• Build and maintain target account lists using research, enrichment, CRM, automation and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Segment audiences by industry, persona and funnel stage to tailor campaign messaging.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates and provide feedback to sales.

Required profile

• Hands‑on B2B marketing experience in demand generation, growth or content marketing.
• Proven track record of building campaigns that generate qualified conversations for business buyers.
• Strong writing ability and experience creating B2B content such as case studies, webinars, newsletters and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Comfort learning unfamiliar markets through customer interviews, research and sales feedback.
• Experience collaborating with sales or SDR teams to connect marketing activity to pipeline.
• Ability to work overlapping U.S. business hours and travel to U.S. industry conferences.
