Program Associate (Community Engagement)

About the role

The Community Engagement Program Associate supports the foundation’s Community Engagement team in designing, delivering and evaluating initiatives that connect residents, nonprofit partners and donors. This full‑time position plays a key part in building inclusive relationships, coordinating events and assisting with grant‑making activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement community engagement initiatives, including forums and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, residents and strategic partners.
• Assist with administration of grant‑funded projects, Black Equity initiatives and other special programs.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, event registration, vendor communication and participant outreach.
• Collect and organize program data, prepare reports, dashboards and presentations on outcomes.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, agenda preparation, invoice processing and grant administration.

• Salary range $50,000 – $55,000 per year.
