Senior Digital Analyst

About the role

Third and Grove (TAG) is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to lead its analytics practice. This fully remote position works with top‑tier brands, shaping measurement strategy, diagnosing implementation issues, and advising C‑level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define KPIs, measurement plans and lead analytics audits across GA4, GTM, server‑side tagging, Shopify, Amplitude, Triple Whale, etc.
• Own implementation specifications, QA, data‑layer design, event modeling, UTM taxonomy, BigQuery integration and proactive monitoring.
• Present findings to clients with clear recommendations and drive CRO, experimentation and attribution strategies.
• Advise on consent, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA) and partner with developers and legal teams.
• Support practice growth by standardizing deliverables, refining tool stacks, leveraging AI and assisting sales.

Required profile

• 7+ years in analytics, measurement or digital strategy, preferably agency or consulting.
• Strong communication skills: explain complex data issues in plain language and guide decisions.
• Experience leading client conversations and managing multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Understanding of privacy frameworks and attribution models.
