Senior Manager, Franchise Marketing

About the role

The Century 21 Real Estate Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Franchise Marketing to design and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies that attract and support prospective franchise owners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive franchise sales marketing strategy, coordinating bi‑weekly calls and collaborating with sales leadership.
• Create and manage a multi‑channel communications plan including email, webinars, presentations, drip campaigns, and social media.
• Craft monthly, quarterly and annual narratives promoting Century 21’s marketing offerings, targeting growth markets such as Hispanic segments.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations, host one‑on‑one calls, and act as the marketing ambassador for the franchise sales network.
• Partner with product, operations, creative and growth teams to produce sales‑enablement assets such as emails, flyers, videos, and web content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing across traditional and digital channels.
• Proven marketing leadership experience, preferably supporting franchise or real‑estate sales.
