Marine Coordination Agent (MCA) Operator

About the role

Wilhelmsen Port Services is looking for an organized Operator, Marine Coordination Agent (MCA) to support LNG vessel operations and port‑call coordination from its Pasadena office. You will act as the primary liaison between shippers, terminal operators, towing providers and vessel agents, ensuring smooth service execution and real‑time communication.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to service agreements within 2 hours, forward them, and create Terms & Conditions for agents.
• Monitor daily emails, send updates, and coordinate towage ordering instructions.
• Track arrival and departure movements in real time, document them, and complete service checklists.
• Prepare month‑end reports, review fuel tickets, and invoice all port calls in the in‑house system.
• Perform admin and procurement duties as required.
