Inventory Control Coordinator

About the role

Excelitas Technologies is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage raw material and finished‑goods inventories, support production scheduling, and handle shipping and receiving functions for its Boulder, CO facility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventories of stockroom and distribution‑center items and ensure proper organization and housekeeping.
• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, record ERP transactions, and complete physical inventories of stock and work‑in‑process.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, documentation and method selection for domestic and international orders.
• Provide miscellaneous support to Facilities and Production, and notify customers of shipments and receipts.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED; 1‑2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Understanding of ERP concepts and process manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and be on feet or walking ~75 % of the time.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math ability and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory and order processing.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
