CDL-A Team Driver – $140k-$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers to operate 53’ van or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers work a 5‑day on, 2‑day off schedule and enjoy weekly home time.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment at all times.
• Complete pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Required profile

• CDL Class A with at least 1 year recent combined Class A experience.
• Good driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA specs for military transition).
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.

Required skills

• Experience with doubles/triples, tanker, and haz‑mat endorsements (preferred).
• Experience hauling haz‑mat or pulling doubles.
• Any LTL freight experience.
