Manager, Internal Communications & Content Channels

About the role

The Manager, Internal Comms, Content & Comms Channels is a key member of the Corporate Communications team, responsible for global internal communications across LexisNexis Legal & Professional. You will lead platform, content, and channel strategy, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer the internal email communications platform, including configuration, templates, scheduling, troubleshooting and performance analysis using AI.
• Lead expansion and optimization of Microsoft Viva tools, driving adoption of Viva Engage and exploring the broader Viva suite.
• Manage the SharePoint‑based intranet experience, setting content strategy, governance, architecture and editorial standards.
• Produce and publish internal communications across emails, intranet, digital signage, newsletters and employee engagement campaigns, using AI‑enabled tools.
• Coordinate bimonthly Manager Communications program logistics, including emails, Viva Engage posts and optional Teams sessions.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in internal, corporate or employee communications within a mid‑sized or large organization.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders, executives and global stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Microsoft Viva Suite.
• Experience managing enterprise email distribution systems and digital communication platforms.
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled content creation and analytics tools.
