Manager, Internal Communications, Content & Channels

About the role

The Manager, Internal Communications, Content & Channels is a key member of the Corporate Communications team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX. You will own internal communication platforms, drive content production, and use AI‑powered tools to enhance employee engagement across a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer the internal email platform, managing templates, scheduling, troubleshooting, and using AI to evaluate performance and audience engagement.
• Lead expansion and optimization of Microsoft Viva tools, especially Viva Engage, to increase adoption and improve the digital employee experience.
• Manage the SharePoint‑based intranet, including content strategy, governance, architecture, and editorial standards.
• Create, edit, and publish internal communications across emails, intranet, newsletters, digital signage, and employee engagement campaigns, leveraging AI‑enabled tools for efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to translate strategic initiatives into clear, compelling communications.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications within a mid‑sized or large organization.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and global stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and the broader Viva Suite.
• Experience managing enterprise email distribution systems and digital communication channels.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled content creation tools.
