Manager, Corporate FP&A

About the role

BILL is looking for a Manager, Corporate FP&A to own and evolve its Adaptive Planning system while delivering planning, forecasting, analysis, and executive reporting. This hybrid role blends deep technical expertise with strategic finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Adaptive Planning financial planning system, including models, workflows, and data integrations with NetSuite, Workday HCM, and other sources.
• Partner across Corporate FP&A on planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting cycles, delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Consolidate forecasts and create presentations and narratives for executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure consistent financial statement presentation across systems.
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude Cowork to automate analysis and reporting.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and cross‑functional projects as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate FP&A, including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive‑level reporting.
• Trusted advisor to business partners with strong communication skills.
• Strong academic record and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Adaptive Planning (or comparable platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Pigment, Planful).
• Experience with NetSuite, Workday HCM, and data integrations.
• SQL or database querying skills.
• Practical use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Cowork) for finance automation.
