LPN – Medical Oncology, Full-Time P-Shift, Sign‑on Bonus up to $5k

About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care in the Medical Oncology unit, delivering safe, high‑quality nursing services on a full‑time P‑shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Follow hospital policies for patient safety, infection prevention, and safe handling.
- Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and educate patients and families.
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and document care activities.
- Communicate patient information to physicians and team members to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with supervising RN or Shift Manager to meet all patient needs.
Required profile
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in Missouri (or Compact licensure) and BLS certification.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lb and perform frequent walking and other physical tasks.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Medication administration and patient assessment skills.
