About the role

This position provides direct patient care, including IV therapy, for hematology‑oncology patients under the direction of a registered nurse. The LPN works within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, personalized care.

Key responsibilities

Deliver patient care using the nursing process, including data gathering, planning, and evaluation.
Administer IV therapy and other treatments as required.
Collaborate with ancillary nursing staff and the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.

Required profile

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

IV therapy competency (preferred).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
