Logistics Fulfillment Planning Analyst

About the role

The Analyst, Operations Logistics Fulfillment Planning supports end‑to‑end basing logistics planning and execution. You will coordinate schedules, daily operations and recovery plans across replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment, damage prevention and customer management, turning planning signals into actionable operating plans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate basing logistics plans and operating schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) to meet service, cost and inventory targets.
• Monitor execution versus plan, identify constraints and drive same‑day/week recovery actions with functional owners.
• Prepare agendas, pre‑reads and action logs for S&OE, weekly execution reviews and distributor operations touchpoints.
• Lead issue triage, quantify customer impact and own actions across replenishment, fulfillment, transportation and customer management teams.
• Build and maintain routine performance reporting (service, fill rate, on‑time delivery, inventory health, damages, claims, transportation cost, transit time, velocity, working capital) using ERP/WMS/TMS outputs and BI tools.
• Maintain operations playbooks, standard work and escalation paths, and support deployment of new routines.
• Coordinate across logistics, supply chain planning, warehouse operations, procurement, finance, IT, carriers and 3PLs to align capacity and resolve execution issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain action logs and drive closure across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of translating data into clear narratives and escalating risks with recommended actions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS and TMS systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
