About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking an Outbound Operations Supervisor to manage dock and dispatch operations at its Irving, TX Service Center. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary and a week of vacation after 90 days.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate dock operations and driver/freight handler scheduling.
- Ensure safety compliance and quality freight handling procedures.
- Timely dispatching of LTL loads.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.
Required profile
- Proven basic leadership experience.
- Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
Required skills
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of quality freight handling (preferred).
