About the role

The Loews Miami Beach Hotel is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Linen Room Attendant to be the backbone of its linen operations. You will keep linen rooms clean, stocked and organized so that every guest experience starts with fresh, perfectly prepared linens, working closely with the housekeeping team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain linen rooms so they are clean, stocked and organized according to operational needs.
• Provide daily inventory updates to the Manager and report shortages or concerns promptly.
• Assist with departmental coverage when needed and attend team meetings.
• Answer questions from guests about hotel facilities and services accurately.
• Follow professional appearance standards and wear the proper uniform at all times.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and departmental procedures for chemicals, protective gear and emergencies.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous laundry, hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend, and to push, lift and pull items up to 150 lbs repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
