About the role
Join Alchemy Financial Group as a Life Insurance Agent and help families protect what matters most. No prior insurance experience is required; you will receive virtual instruction, hands‑on coaching, and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
- Explain life‑insurance options clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, video, and in‑person visits.
- Complete applications accurately and meet carrier compliance requirements.
- Maintain an organized schedule and consistent weekly activity.
- Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability sessions.
Required profile
- Coach‑able and able to act on feedback.
- Self‑motivated with strong communication and follow‑up skills.
- Comfortable with commission‑based sales and measurable goals.
- Willing to obtain a state insurance license and manage related expenses.
