About the role

Join BAYADA as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated care for school‑aged pediatric clients in the Charlotte metro area for the 2026/2027 school year. You will work in the children’s homes, delivering high‑quality nursing care and building lasting relationships with families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric clients (birth‑through 18) with a range of diagnoses.
• Provide complex care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management when needed.
• Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to care plans.
• Educate families on care procedures and support them in the home environment.

Required profile

• Active, current LPN or LVN license.
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases.
• Strong communication, active listening, and assessment abilities.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to provide care with the same standards you would expect for loved ones.

Required skills

• Medication administration.
• Clinical assessment.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator management (when applicable).
