About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work day shifts from 7 am to 3 pm, including every other weekend. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and a generous sign‑on bonus.

Required profile

Active LPN (or GPN) license – new graduates are welcome.
Successful completion of pre‑employment background check, physical and drug screening.

What we offer

$7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time hires (or $2,500 for part‑time).
Hourly rate of $25‑$28 with an additional $5 shift differential.
Referral bonus up to $2,000 for referring a CNA/LPN.
