Level 2 IT Support Technician

About the role

Infinx is seeking a detail‑oriented Level 2 IT Support Technician to deliver advanced technical assistance to end users in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment. You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, ensuring system stability and supporting key healthcare and business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 escalation for the help‑desk, handling complex incidents.
• Provide hands‑on support for Windows 11 PCs, Mac devices, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software issues across Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other core tools.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain new user devices in line with security standards.
• Perform system patching, updates, and endpoint maintenance.
• Assist with onboarding/off‑boarding, provisioning, and equipment handling.
• Support Hyland OnBase Workflow/WorkView and resolve related user issues.
• Provide functional support for Revenue Manager and Cerner applications, coordinating with vendors.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system and knowledge base.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting expertise with a focus on Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience supporting healthcare‑related applications is a plus.
