Legal Administrator & Director of Operations

About the role

The Law Office of Polly Tatum is seeking a high‑level Legal Administrator who will also serve as Director of Operations. Reporting directly to firm leadership, this role is the operational backbone that aligns systems, people, and performance to drive growth, profitability, and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure seamless workflow across all practice areas.
• Implement and maintain efficient legal practice management systems.
• Manage staffing, performance metrics, and professional development initiatives.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial reporting, and profitability targets.
• Lead process‑improvement projects to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal administration or operations management within a law firm.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication abilities and a client‑service mindset.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑growing environment.
