Leasing Professional – Seattle

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its North Seattle community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours (virtual and in‑person), qualify leads, process applications, and manage lease sign‑offs.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet brand standards.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including social media, online listings, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Track leasing activity and resident data using property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Follow up with prospects and residents post‑move‑in, handle lease renewals, and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and ability to read, write, and complete legal documents.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software (Yardi, OneSite) – preferred.
• Ability to use social media and internet platforms for marketing.
