Community Manager – North Seattle

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of an assigned apartment community in North Seattle. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations while delivering excellent resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations to meet financial and operational goals, including budget control and maintenance expenditures.
• Supervise property staff – hiring, training, performance management – to achieve team objectives.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, renewals, and handle collections and evictions as needed.
• Maintain owner relationships by providing performance updates, property tours, and responding to owner requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance meet company standards.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of property management experience, preferably with fee management.
• Proven supervisory skills with ability to hire, lead, and evaluate team members.
• Strong financial acumen – budgeting, fiscal reporting, and expense control.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Yardi or OneSite property‑management software.
