Leasing Professional – Clear Lake Area

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for the Clear Lake community. This full‑time position involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and supporting lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including online listings and referral programs.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software and track leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, credit screening, and background checks.
