Community Manager for Griffin Center City

About the role

The Community Manager oversees daily operations of the Griffin Center City property, leading staff, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, control expenditures, and oversee petty‑cash handling.
• Manage lease processes, including applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate property staff in line with company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, capable of working independently and as a team leader.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license (including for operating a golf cart on‑site).
• All required state and local licenses/certifications for property management.
