Leasing Manager for Student Living Community

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, sales and leasing activities for the Meta Christy House student‑living community, driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets, manage rent pricing, concessions and on‑site traffic.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, leveraging print and internet strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure “ready” units meet brand standards, create mini‑models and other merchandising techniques.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic and closing reports to identify performance issues and present solutions to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewal programs, resident communication and move‑out assistance.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and supervise the leasing team through hiring, training and performance management.
