Leasing Professional – Broomfield, CO

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction at our Broomfield community. The role involves managing the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and renewals, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities including greeting prospects, touring the community, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, utilizing resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software (OneSite, Yardi), tracking availability, traffic and resident demographics.
• Ensure show units and marketing corridors meet company standards through daily inspections and merchandising.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, calls and thank‑you notes to secure lease decisions and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, documenting and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• All state and local licenses or certifications required for leasing activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email platforms.
